The illustrations in this book are so much fun and there is so much going on in this book。 The text of this book is easy to read aloud and have a sing song quality。 I was able to read this story to all four of my kiddos。 Ginny really liked it and took that the boy slept through the whole thing and it was a dream。 The other kids think it was actually taking place and the animals were really preforming。 It's a cute story that makes you really think。 The illustrations in this book are so much fun and there is so much going on in this book。 The text of this book is easy to read aloud and have a sing song quality。 I was able to read this story to all four of my kiddos。 Ginny really liked it and took that the boy slept through the whole thing and it was a dream。 The other kids think it was actually taking place and the animals were really preforming。 It's a cute story that makes you really think。 。。。more

（I see a theme here。） The second book in a row by John Lithgow that has to do with music。 This time， a family travels to a zoo where a band/orchestra concert is being held。 I especially loved this because my family used to go to zoo concerts， an activity I continued with my son and husband。
